What is Live Well Sutton & Merton?

Live Well is a free health improvement service funded by NHS South West London. It is available to anyone over the age of 18 who lives and/or works in Sutton or Merton.

Live Well can help you work towards better health by supporting you in:

  • Being more physically active and increasing your participation in exercise
  • Eating well and improving your diet
  • Better managing your alcohol intake
  • Managing your weight

How can Live Well help me?

Many of you may feel that you could improve your health by making a small lifestyle change, but you're not quite sure where to start. Perhaps you have just had your free NHS health check and are motivated to set a goal that could improve your health and help you to Live Well. Live Well is a service that can offer you this support and help you to work towards living a healthier lifestyle.

Live Well can offer you a free consultation with a trained Health Advisor, who will help you to set and achieve your personal, health related goals.

To help you to Live Well you can access reliable information and tools on a range of health topics relating to your health and wellbeing. How do I make an appointment?

If you would like to book an appointment with a Live Well Health Advisor you can call the Live Well team on 0845 465 1024, email us on change@live-well.org.uk or use our self-referral form where you will be asked to enter your contact details and the Live Well team will get in touch.

Alternatively you may like to come along to one of our weekly drop-in sessions, which run from Sutton Life Centre on Tuesdays (4.30 - 6.30 pm) and Pollards Hill Library on Thursdays (4.30 - 6.30 pm). You don't need an appointment you can just turn up.
